Montage Healdsburg Debuts New Cocktail Program Rooted in Terroir and Culinary Artistry

HEALDSBURG, CALIF. (JULY 14, 2026) – Today, Montage Healdsburg unveils a new cocktail program inspired by Northern California and the culinary excellence of Wine Country. The program introduces 23 new cocktails (inclusive of seven nonalcoholic offerings) across each of its dining venues: its specialty lobby centerpiece, Scout Field Bar; poolside lunch destination, Hudson Springs Bar and Grill; and the award-winning signature restaurant, Hazel Hill.

“We’re excited to introduce a cocktail program inspired by our region of Sonoma that is meant to be paired with the impeccable dining experiences and flavor profiles created by our kitchen,” says Steve Janicek, general manager of Montage Healdsburg. “Ultimately, the menu explores what it means to create exceptional cocktails in Wine Country.”

The cocktail menu is designed to be enjoyed both on its own and alongside light bites and dishes, intentionally crafted to complement Montage Healdsburg’s California cuisine. These craft cocktails incorporate advanced techniques including a Spinzall centrifuge, used to clarify two of the 26 house‑made syrups, as well as WonderFoam—an egg‑free foam alternative derived from tree bark that lends a delicate texture to drinks like the Cyrus Sour, accented with local florals and Earl Grey tea. Glassware is both beautiful and functional with the PCH Martini, served freezer‑cold in a narrow V‑shaped glass designed to maintain its temperature with a smaller liquid surface area than in the traditional wide-brim glass.

Menu highlights include California Poppies, a savory evolution of a vodka sour featuring acidified carrot juice and dill, which pairs well with pasta dishes and richer meats; Smoky Rosa, which reimagines the classic mezcal accompaniment sal de gusano using freeze‑dried strawberries, dried orange peel, pink salt and dark chocolate; as well as S’more to Drink, a modern take on the espresso martini inspired by Montage’s fireside s’more traditions. Spirit‑free offerings include Disappearing Coastline, a coastal‑inspired libation with mineral depth and soft fruit character made with verjus, housemade non‑alcoholic vermouth and saline, evoking the shifting edge of land and sea. The menu also features several large‑format communal cocktails such as the delicate, floral punch, Wild Roses, served over crushed ice and finished with Montage Healdsburg’s exclusive, estate‑grown Surveyor Rosé.

Whether enjoyed poolside at Hudson Springs, alongside an anniversary dinner at Hazel Hill or during a cozy fireside evening at Scout Field Bar, the cocktail program offers a refined expression of place, reflecting the detail and craftsmanship synonymous with Montage Healdsburg.
