Montage Healdsburg Debuts a Wine Country Wellness Weekend, Featuring Restorative Summer Experiences
HEALDSBURG, Calif. (July 7, 2026) – Montage Healdsburg debuts a Wine Country Wellness Weekend, an exclusive repertoire of summer wellness experiences held Friday, July 17 through Sunday, July 19. Designed to encourage resort guests to slow down and settle into the rhythms of a Sonoma summer, the weekend will feature experiences centered on reflection, creativity and connection to the outdoors.
Set across 258 acres of oak-studded grounds and estate vineyards, Montage Healdsburg invites guests to partake in a single experience or layer several into the weekend, with offerings that range from hands-on creativity and guided reflection to sound healing, astrology and a walk among the oaks.
FRIDAY, JULY 17
Fireside Tarot Readings | 6–8 p.m.
Open the weekend with a warmly lit, lighthearted introduction to tarot, settling into a ten-minute conversation guided by the cards as an unpressured prompt for reflection on a single question or intention. Complimentary; no reservations required.
SATURDAY, JULY 18
Floral & Native Sage Bouquet Making | 8:30–9:30 a.m.
Gather, arrange and wrap a bouquet of locally grown flowers and native sage by hand, a slow and tactile practice rooted in creativity and presence, before carrying the finished bouquet home as a keepsake. Complimentary; no reservations required.
Immersive Sound Bath & Intention Setting | 9:30–10:30 a.m.
Sink into a “massage for the mind” created with Crystal Tones Alchemy Singing Bowls, rain stick and chimes, settling the body into deep relaxation and a clearer, quieter head for the day ahead. $65 per person; reservations required.
Clarity Journaling | 10:30–11:30 a.m.

Self-Care Astrology | 7:00–8:00 p.m.
As dusk settles over the vineyard, explore how the summer sky reflects the season’s themes of growth and renewal, and leave with a seasonal astrology card and personal reflection guide. The timing is fitting, as the weekend coincides with the start of the Perseid meteor shower, one of the year’s most anticipated celestial events. $75 per person; reservations required.
Fireside Tarot Readings | 8:00–10:00 p.m.
Return to the fire to sit again or explore a new question, with more time for unhurried reflection as the evening deepens. $50 per person; reservations required.
SUNDAY, JULY 19
Mindful Heritage Oak Hike | 9:00–10:00 a.m.
Close the weekend with a slow, guided walk through the property’s oak trees led by the resort’s adventure outfitter, Compass Sports, pausing for stories of native Sonoma plants tied to rest and renewal, inspired by the Japanese practice of shinrin-yoku, or forest bathing.
