Experience our private wine label, Surveyor, crafted in partnership with renowned winemaker Jesse Katz of Aperture Cellars. Made from grapes harvested from the estate vineyard, our three varietals of Surveyor are available only at our resort. We are proud to share our wine with you at our signature restaurant, Hazel Hill, or at the lobby centerpiece, Scout Field Bar, steps from where it was cultivated.
