Our state-of-the-art fitness facilities include:

  • Cardiovascular equipment, including one Peloton bike
  • Free weight area
  • Movement Studio offering yoga, pilates, spin and cardio classes
  • Private classes can be scheduled and personal training is also offered in 30, 60 and 90 minute sessions
  • Outdoor heated lap pool, adult-only
  • Outdoor whirlpool, adult-only

Fitness Classes

Circuit Fitness

A fast-paced, full-body workout rotating through timed stations of strength, cardio, and core exercises. Boost endurance, build muscle and burn calories.

Kettlebell Fitness

A dynamic, full-body workout using kettlebells to build strength, burn fat, and boost endurance. This high-energy class blends functional moves like swing, squats and presses with short cardio bursts for maximum results.

Boot Camp

Enjoy an exhilarating class among the oaks. A blend of walking lunges and squats combined with upper body conditioning. Prepare to sweat!

Cycle

High-energy cycle class that incorporates motivating music, interval training and rhythm riding to the beat of the music. Designed for all fitness levels.

Strength & Stretch

This class is designed to improve your strength and flexibility. Weight lifting and body weight exercises, infused with yoga stretches, will give you the ultimate combination of muscle building and stretching.

Sets & Reps

Weights combined with low reps help to build lean muscle to burn body fat and sculpt your body.

HIIT

Short bursts of intense exercise, incorporating strength training and body weight exercises, followed by short recovery breaks.

Yoga Fit

Experience the ancient practice of bringing body, breath and mind into balance with focus on power.

Pilates Fusion

The ultimate conditioning class that combines pilates with props and active stretching to obtain long lean muscles. Prepare to build strength and endurance as we shape every muscle and focus your mind.

Athletic Mobility

Improve sport movement with a focus on mobility, stability, strength, balance, and motor skills. Applicable to a variety of sports and athletic movement, with an emphasis on golf, tennis, and pickleball.

Rest & Restore Yoga

Rest & Restore is all about hitting ‘pause’. This gentle, calming style of yoga is designed to help you deeply relax, reduce stress, and support physical and mental recovery.

Fitness Schedule

All classes are complimentary for registered resort guests (ages 16 and older). For more information or to schedule a private session, please contact the Spa Front Desk at (855) 264‑8705. Please note that 8:00am and 9:00am fitness classes are $25 per guest, while all 10:00am classes are complimentary.
