Apex

Up to 120 Guests

Apex is Montage Deer Valley resort’s signature dining experience and can accommodate a group of up to 150 guests for private dining. Based on the gathering, a variety of spaces and seating configurations are available, including a private dining room with seating for up to 50 and our slopeside Apex Terrace, seating up to 150.

With high-beamed ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows, Apex restaurant provides unparalleled views and an extensive wine list to complement our inspired farm-to-table cuisine.

A more informal side of Apex can be found at Burgers & Bourbon, available for private dining events up to 60 guests.

Daly’s Pub & Rec

Up to 160 Guests

Daly’s can accommodate private groups from 10 to 160 guests and is an ideal location within Montage Deer Valley resort to pair upscale pub fare with family-style fun.

The menu features authentic pub favorites and specialty pizzas from Daly’s display brick oven, as well as local microbrews, wines, spirits and specialty sodas. Entertainment options range from viewing sporting events on flatscreen TVs to playing nostalgic arcade games, darts or bowling.

Vista Lounge & Terrace

Up to 200 Guests

Our mountain great room at Vista Lounge & Terrace can accommodate private dining groups of up to 200 guests, and the spacious outdoor terrace offers expansive views extending 70 miles to the Uinta Mountain Range.

And for those seeking a quiet, intimate dining experience, reservations can also be made in the Library or Study for up to 20 guests.

Yama Sushi

Up to 95 Guests

For smaller private dining gatherings, Yama Sushi provides a stylish and energetic atmosphere, with views overlooking the Empire ski runs. This Park City venue is available for groups of up to 95 guests.

The Après Lounge

Up to 40 Guests

Located in Empire Village behind the resort, The Après Lounge’s yurt-style ski lounge offers a fun setting to unwind with friends and family for your private gathering.

In the summer, relax and unwind on the extended deck and enjoy the scenic mountain setting, and in the winter, admire the fresh powder as you enjoy a chilled glass of Champagne and small bites.
