Additionally, guests can choose from a selection of sandwiches, soups, salads or other seasonal dishes. A children’s menu is also available.

In addition to an elevated burger featuring A5 Wagyu steak, caviar and king crab, you will also visit the Burns Saddlery, the oldest, family-owned Western retailer in the world (established in 1876) to create your own custom hat.
