Open during ski season and summer, our Big Sky restaurant offers an unparalleled experience. In winter, enjoy an après celebration set against the snow-covered backdrop of the Spanish Peaks, and in summer, this scenic Big Sky spot is ideal for outdoor dining with a view.

The Experience

In the summer, experience alfresco dining in Big Sky with stunning views of the Spanish Peaks as you enjoy the crisp mountain air and savor dishes from the open wood-fired grill. As you unwind poolside or enjoy a cabana, sip on a seasonal cocktail from Backcast to elevate the experience.

Then, in the winter, our ski-in / ski-out resort offers a convenient location for the ultimate après experience. Ski in from the slopes right into Backcast for Asian-inspired cuisine, craft cocktails and live entertainment with our DJ series.

Acclaimed Chef Wei Chen will lead an intimate two-hour omakase experience at our exclusive pop-up at Backcast restaurant in Big Sky.
