This season, Backcast will feature a new menu by Chef Marc Narongchai, of Talay Thai Kitchen in Los Cabos, inviting guests to discover his reimagined Thai-inspired dishes in Montana — including wood-fired favorites, traditional curries and comforting soups and noodles. With bar seating and an intimate après ambiance, Backcast is the perfect place to sip, savor and bask in the eponymous Big Sky views.
