Octagon Bar & Gathering Place

Located inside the Inn at our South Carolina resort, Octagon offers a contemporary twist on classic Southern comfort cuisine made with locally sourced and traditional ingredients. Available for breakfast, lunch and dinner, Octagon welcomes guests daily to experience the tastes of the Carolinas. 

The dinner menu features shareable plates, salads, soups and the best of both land and sea. Chef Emmanuel Gutierrez brings his culinary artistry and expertise to each dish, delivering a unique interpretation of the rich heritage and coastal flavors of the Lowcountry.

The centerpiece of our Palmetto Bluff restaurant is an octagon-shaped enclave and bar that reflects the name of our welcoming gathering place. 

Octagon restaurant provides a timeless, refined ambiance where the natural light and views of the Inn backyard during the day and the gaslit lanterns along the footbridge by night complement the soft green accents throughout the dining room. Designed to provide the authentic charm of Southern porches from days gone by, Octagon offers a true Southern experience, from the cuisine to the ambiance. 

Conveniently located within the Main Inn at Montage Palmetto Bluff resort, Octagon offers a central gathering place within our resort grounds where guests can enjoy an elevated meal or admire the local art displayed throughout the restaurant. 

Floor-to-ceiling windows overlook the Inn Backyard where sweeping oak trees line the inland waterways, as natural light fills the dining room.
