Each evening, Chef de Cuisine Daniel Vesey elevates classic coastal cuisine to new culinary heights using seasonal ingredients to create innovative dishes with vibrant flavors.
At River House, each course is presented with meticulous care, reflecting a modern and inspired approach to the culinary arts. Complementing the experience is a sommelier-curated wine list, seasonal cocktails and an extensive menu of spirits.

An oversized hearth sets the mood, while expansive floor-to-ceiling windows allow natural light to wash through the dining room and complement our vibrant plants carefully placed throughout the restaurant.
As the day turns to night, the space is enveloped in a deep glow, complemented by flickering candles and mood lighting.
Located within our South Carolina resort in Bluffton, River House overlooks the May River and is framed by sweeping oak trees. Our signature restaurant offers an exclusive riverfront dining experience found only at Montage Palmetto Bluff.
Following dinner, guests can continue the evening with a post-dinner drink or cocktail at Hush, a speakeasy bar tucked just beneath River House.
