A Thai-Inspired Menu

From soups, curries to traditional Thai entrees, there are a variety of menu items and fire-grilled favorites to choose from. Although the cuisine is Thai-inspired, we can happily adjust the level of heat based on your preference.

Dine Under the Stars

Talay’s Thai theme expands beyond the cuisine and is also incorporated into the décor and design. A full-size Buddha statue will greet each guest, while the kitchen’s distinct palm frond roofing is inspired by Thailand beaches, and the bamboo-textured bar incorporates the region’s natural beauty and vegetation.

A variety of tropical plants, hung lanterns and tableside candles set the mood for a fun evening atmosphere. Menu items are served street truck-style, and the open kitchen and wood grill bring an added touch to the experience, creating an opportunity to observe the chef preparing each meal.
