We have recently marked a significant milestone by achieving the Gold-Level LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) Certification for Existing Communities, distinguishing us as the sole master-planned community to earn this prestigious accolade in Mexico, and one of only two in the U.S.
This achievement reflects our steadfast commitment to sustainability, continually focusing on enhancing energy efficiency, water conservation, waste management, and the overall quality of life in our community. Utilizing advanced sustainable systems, we aim to minimize our carbon footprint and reliance on municipal services. Notably, solar panels on the roof of the employee parking lot now generate solar power for the resort.
