Before Entering Spa Montage Kapalua Bay
For enhanced comfort and relaxation, we suggest that you arrive at least 15-30 minutes prior to your scheduled treatment. This will allow time to check in, receive a spa tour and enjoy the facilities prior to your service. We encourage all guests to shower prior to the start of treatment.

Age Requirement
Guests 16 years and older are welcome to enjoy our spa services and spa facilities. Guests ages 12 to 15 may enjoy select spa treatments when accompanied by a guardian during treatment, but a bathing suit is required and access to spa facilities is not permitted. Salon services are available to guests ages 4 to 11 when accompanied by a guardian during service, but access to spa facilities is not permitted.

Cancellation Policy
Please note that no-shows, cancellations or changes made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time will be billed at the full treatment rate, including service charge.

What do I wear during my treatment at Spa Montage Kapalua Bay?
Most body treatments are enjoyed without clothing. However, please wear what is comfortable for you.

What if I have special health considerations?
Please notify our Spa Montage Kapalua Bay reservation associates when booking your treatments if you have high blood pressure, a heart condition, recent surgeries, allergies or if you are pregnant. You must be 15 weeks or beyond in order to receive a massage or body service. Also, please advise us of any medication you’re taking. If you have any concerns, please let us know. It is always advisable to check with your doctor prior to your arrival.

What if I’m late for my spa treatment appointment at Spa Montage Kapalua Bay?
Arriving late will simply limit the time for your treatment, lessening its effectiveness and your pleasure. Your treatment will end at the scheduled time, so that the next guest will not be delayed. The value of your full treatment will be applied.

Where do I put my jewelry and valuables during my spa treatment at Spa Montage Kapalua Bay?
If possible, please leave such items at home or in your residence safe. Lockers are available for your personal items in the spa facility.

Can I enjoy the spa facilities if I’m not staying at the resort?
Yes, our Spa Montage Renewal Pass is available to non-resort guests, including visitors and Hawaii residents. This pass includes up to three hours of access to our relaxation areas, steam room, sauna, whirlpool, fitness center and outdoor infinity pool. Kamaʻāina pricing is available with valid Hawaii State ID. Reservations are required and based on availability.

What methods of payment are accepted for spa services at Spa Montage Kapalua Bay?
We accept all major credit cards or you may charge spa services to your resort bill. For your convenience, payment is also accepted prior to your treatment.

What is an appropriate gratuity for spa treatments and services?
For your convenience, a 20% service charge will be added to your service total. Additional gratuity is always welcome.
